The training will focus on accurate use of distress, urgency, and safety phrases in emergency situations. It aims to enhance clarity, reduce misunderstandings, and ensure swift and effective responses during critical onboard incidents.

A session on SMCP – Navigation and Cargo Handling will be conducted to improve seafarers’ use of standardized communication for safe navigation and cargo operations. The training will cover essential phrases for bridge commands, cargo transfers, and coordination between crew members. It aims to enhance operational clarity, reduce errors, and support safe and efficient shipboard procedures.

A session on Stowaways, Migrants, and Refugees will be held to guide seafarers on handling situations involving unauthorized or distressed individuals onboard. It aims to ensure safety, uphold international protocols, and promote ethical and secure management of such sensitive cases.
